ExAdEx-Innov is proud to present its Longevity Lab — our human ex vivo platform for predictive tissue regeneration — at Cosmetic 360, taking place in Paris on October 14–15, 2026.

🎯 Regeneration Takes Center Stage

This year, Cosmetic 360 places regeneration at the heart of its conference programme, inviting the cosmetic industry to move beyond sustainability toward practices that actively repair, restore, and revitalize. It’s a theme that sits at the very core of our own science: regeneration begins when tissue homeostasis is restored, a balance progressively lost as tissues age. Tomorrow’s most effective cosmetic actives won’t be the ones that shift isolated biomarkers; they will be the ones capable of reactivating coordinated tissue repair.

🔬 What We’re Presenting

Our talk, « A human ex vivo integrative platform for predictive tissue regeneration and longevity approaches, » will take place in Session 5 – Testing & Analysis – Decoding Regeneration: From Ambition to Proof, on October 15th at 3:20 PM, presented by Vincent Dani, Co-founder & CEO of ExAdEx-Innov.

We’ll introduce the platform behind ExAdEx Longevity Lab: a human ex vivo system that screens active compounds against nearly 30 biomarkers spanning the key hallmarks of ageing — inflammaging, senescence, mitochondrial dysfunction, extracellular matrix remodeling, oxidative stress, and regenerative capacity — in a physiologically relevant tissue setting. These multiparametric readouts are condensed into a single tissue regeneration score: a predictive way to identify broad-spectrum actives with genuine biological coherence, and even to estimate synergistic effects between ingredient combinations.

💡 From Screening to Science-Based Claims

By linking predictive ex vivo analysis with the biology of regeneration, ExAdEx Longevity Lab offers a translational engine to prioritize next-generation formulations and active ingredients according to their real capacity to restore tissue function as a whole — helping bridge the gap between early screening and substantiated, science-based claims.

Vincent is responsible of company strategy and technological innovation, thanks to his double skill set in science and deeptech startup development.

With a deep knowledge and vision about ExAdEx technology, Vincent has actively worked as a deeptech entrepreneur to push further the development of breakthrough innovative products around human adipose tissue, which lead him to create ExAdEx-Inov. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial skills, Vincent has a strong background in biology (PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université Côte d’Azur) and training in clinical research management (CRA training at the Faculty of Medicine of La Timone, Marseille). 

He is co-inventor of the 2 company’s patent families. 

Main areas of expertise: DeepTech entrepreneur; Bioengineering of human adipose tissue. 

Luigi is responsible of the management of company operations and business development strategy, thanks to his expertise in biotech startup development.

With a double competence and training in business and science (including an MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a PhD in Cytological Sciences from Rome University La Sapienza), Luigi has been managing business development and R&D projects in a preclinical CRO and a biotech startup company in previous years. 

He has been supporting ExAdEx-Innov project and business development since his position as an Entrepreneur in Residence for CNRS Innovation Tech Transfer Office in 2021.
