ExAdEx Technology Contributes to the Development of VividEye™

ExAdEx-Innov Drives Innovation in Cosmetic Industry: Contributing to the Development of VividEye™ from Mibelle Biochemistry

We are thrilled to announce ExAdEx-Innov’s contribution to the research and development of VividEye™, a new cosmetic product recently launched by Mibelle Biochemistry.

This contribution showcases our commitment to driving innovation across industries and demonstrates the power of our ExAdEx Platform in accelerating product development.

 
EXADEX-INNOV’S CONTRIBUTION

Our team at ExAdEx-Innov played an important role in supporting Mibelle Biochemistry’s team to bring VividEye™ to the market:

  • Innovative 3D tissue models: Our 3D vascularized donor-derived ex vivo models allow to investigate the effects of active ingredients on a native 3D vascular and lymphatic network, embedded in its natural extra-cellular matrix and micro-environment.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilizing our ExAdEx Platform, we processed complex datasets to support claims related to amelioration of dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.
  • Predictive Modeling: ExAdEx donor-derived 3D models help predicting the efficacy of active ingredients and compounds, streamlining the development process and supporting science-based dermo-cosmetic product development.
  • Cutting-Edge 3D Imaging Techniques: Thanks to the expertise of ExAdEx-Innov team in imaging techniques, we were able to visualize the effect of the active ingredient at the 3D tissue level on vascular and lymphatic network.
 
SUPPORTING DARK CIRCLES AND UNDER-EYE PUFFINESS CLAIMS:

Through our work, we were able to support claims for VividEye™ as a novel eye care product to treat multi-factorial under-eye problems, offering multiple benefits:

  • Dark circle reduction
  • Anti-puffiness properties

through a multi-layer action:

  • strenghtening the vascular network for reduced blood vessel leaking,
  • increasing lymphatic vessel formation for improved fluid drainage.

Vincent is responsible of company strategy and technological innovation, thanks to his double skill set in science and deeptech startup development.

With a deep knowledge and vision about ExAdEx technology, Vincent has actively worked as a deeptech entrepreneur to push further the development of breakthrough innovative products around human adipose tissue, which lead him to create ExAdEx-Inov. 

In addition to his entrepreneurial skills, Vincent has a strong background in biology (PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université Côte d’Azur) and training in clinical research management (CRA training at the Faculty of Medicine of La Timone, Marseille). 

He is co-inventor of the 2 company’s patent families. 

Main areas of expertise: DeepTech entrepreneur; Bioengineering of human adipose tissue. 

Luigi is responsible of the management of company operations and business development strategy, thanks to his expertise in biotech startup development.

With a double competence and training in business and science (including an MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a PhD in Cytological Sciences from Rome University La Sapienza), Luigi has been managing business development and R&D projects in a preclinical CRO and a biotech startup company in previous years. 

He has been supporting ExAdEx-Innov project and business development since his position as an Entrepreneur in Residence for CNRS Innovation Tech Transfer Office in 2021.

Main areas of expertise: Biotech Startup Business Development; Project management
